Chapter: 685
Sean, on the other hand, took the microphone and said, "I have reviewed a lot of information in advance, but I don't really have any actual experience regarding filed survival. I don't want to be a burden to my teammates, so believe me when I say I'll try my best to Live up to their expectations."
His sincere attitude instantly won many of the viewers’ praise. However, many of them also felt Like Sean was being too modest.
“Ladies, let me see what you have prepared," the host said as he took Judy's backpack and opened it. However, as soon as he did, his eyes widened in surprise.
The camera zoomed in until the viewers could see what was inside Judy's bag. There were a lot of bottles and jars inside.
"I fell..." The host trailed off. After a while, he cleared his throat. "I can't believe my eyes. Who would've thought someone would bring this much?"
Judy gave him a bewildered look.
“Don't you know what those are? They're-"
"Stop!" The host exclaimed, immediately interrupting what Judy was about to say.
“Judy, why did you bring so many condiments with you? Are you going to open a restaurant on the island?"
The comment section was instantly filled with comments saying, "LOL."
“Women are really unreliable!" One of the viewers commented.
“Does she think the crew will prepare a kitchen for her?" Another viewer commented.
“Hey, don't be too harsh on her. If she can help her teammates cook, she'll still be quite useful.”
At that point, the host was at a loss. He didn't know whether to cry or to laugh.
Soon after, he checked Maria's backpack.
The first thing that caught his eye was a worker spade.
That kind of spade had many functions. It could be used as a knife, scissors, hammer, shovel, axe, and many more. It was indeed a very useful tool to have.
“Okay..." The host trailed off as he continued to rummage through Maria's bag. But when he found something else, his expression immediately changed.
That was because he noticed that her bag was also full of condiments.
Did these women perhaps think this was a cooking show? He couldn't help but wonder.
“How about you, Maria? I see that you haven't taken many things with you. Have you thought of how you're going to get food or shelter in the wilderness?"
The host was already feeling sorry for both Maria and Judy.
Both ladies were novices in field survival. They had carried useless stuff that wasn't going to help them, but instead put an extra weight on their teammates.
He could already imagine the type of cruel comments that were going to be aimed at them after the show was broadcasted.
