Chapter: 702
As soon as he saw the pitiful Look on Judy's face, Sean couldn't hold back his anger any longer.
If Vivian was the burden of her team, then Louis was the burden of theirs.
He had cut the least amount of wood today, and he barely did anything else.
Sean and Judy practically did all the work!
Sean felt that if Judy wasn't on their team, they probably wouldn't have built a shelter in time by nightfall.
Louis refused to do the hard labor, but he clearly knew how to please the viewers.
“Louis, everyone's exhausted. We need to rest. You'd better stop,” Sean said through gritted teeth.
Hearing this, Louis's expression darkened. Although he couldn't see the viewers and their comments in the Live streaming room right now, he was sure that his reading would garner him tons of fans, especially girls!
He was just getting to the good part of the novel. How could Sean ask him to stop?
Of course, Louis understood why Sean interrupted him, but if he stopped, then the audience would think that Sean was right and that he was only trying to show off, even if it meant disturbing his teammates
He couldn't Let that happen
No matter how rich and powerful Sean was, Louis refused to be intimidated and admit he was in the wrong.
Louis chuckled darkly.
“I'm sorry, Sean. Did my reading disturb Judy? Is that why you're so unhappy?”
He was implying that Sean had been partial to Judy and had confronted Louis on her behalf.
Sean had always been single, and his female fans would definitely get rowdy knowing he had dubious relationships with other female stars.
Sean was stunned for a moment. He then retorted slowly, his voice shaking slightly from anger, “Louis, what the hell are you talking about?"
Louis shook his head wryly.
“It's my fault. When we were working earlier, I saw that you and Judy seemed to work quite well with each other. I should've guessed it sooner."
After he finished speaking, he looked away from Sean, who was fuming with rage.
Louis put away the book and continued to apologize to the audience, making him look Like the considerate teammate.
“Sorry, but I'm afraid that's all for tonight. Everyone must be so tired. Let's go to bed now."
The next morning, it was raining.
It was almost as though the universe was trying to test the quality of each team's shelter.
