Afraid that she couldn't control her emotion and expression anymore, Vivian hurriedly made an excuse to Leave the scene.

She didn't even go to the washroom in their private room, but instead went straight to the public washroom on this floor.

Noticing that Vivian didn't Look well, Patricia followed her, thinking that she might be sick or something.

“Humph! This hotel is so ridiculous. They don't even know that there is something wrong with the washroom of a private room. Are they not checking it?"

Maria walked into the public washroom, murmuring to herself in discontentment .

The Lavatory of her private room was faulty, so she had to go to this public washroom instead.

However, the moment she got in, she saw two familiar faces.

“Maria? Why are you here?"

Patricia and Vivian said in unison. The two of them were obviously surprised to see Maria there.

“Oh, long time no see." Maria remained calm as usual, having no feelings after seeing the two in front of her.

Seeing their expressions, Maria was still confused.

She remembered what Vivian just asked her and answered honestly, “I'm having dinner with my friends here. What's wrong?"

“Friends? What friends?" Vivian pried further.

Maria was a bit annoyed.

She didn't feel obliged to answer every one of Vivian's questions.

She was about to turn around and leave when Patricia asked, "Maria, are you here alone to see your friends? Or is Anthony with you? You wouldn't want him to worry about you now that you're engaged.”
