Chapter: 931
This time, the expression on her face became fiercer, and her words were full of threats.
However, the group leader still remained calm and let out a faint smile.
“I am fully aware of who you are, Miss Baker... But please do remember that this is the Female Military Counsellor's casting site."
The film adaption of Mia's work Female Military Counsellor was a huge project. It was no wonder the group Leader was confident.
Sarah's expression changed. She didn't want to give up on the audition after all, so she had to bear it.
She held her number plate tightly as she gloomily walked towards the waiting area.
Some of the artists politely greeted her as soon as they saw her. They even offered her to sit in their seat.
Eventually, Sarah found a place where she could sit down. She then looked at the audition script and quietly began to read it.
During that time, she suddenly heard someone snoring lightly.
She heard it although it wasn't Loud.
Someone was sleeping in the audition site of Female Military Counsellor?
Turning to look at where the sound came from, Sarah noticed a woman sleeping. She was the same woman who wore a baseball cap.
Because of her sleeping position, Maria's cap slid down from her head, which revealed her entire face.
Some strands of her long hair covered her face, but even so, she was still breathtakingly beautiful.
There was something about Maria's features that would fit the role of the female military counsellor perfectly.
Sarah was shocked by that.
That was when she realized she had been defeated only by Maria's appearance and temperament.
“Who is she?" Sarah asked.
The entertainer who was trying to please Sarah looked at Maria and answered, "Her name is Maria Jenkins. You may not know this, but she participated in two reality shows recently and has gained some popularity."
“Which company is she from? Other than participating in reality shows, what else does she do?" Sarah continued.
“Well... It doesn't seem Like she has officially signed the contract with any company yet. She is considered a freelance actress. She probably doesn't do anything else aside from that."
Sarah frowned upon hearing that.
The conditions for the role of the Female Military Counsellor were only the bare minimum, so even artists that hadn't signed with a company would be able to take part in the audition.
But when Sarah thought about it, she figured that Maria's performance wasn't that good because she obviously hadn't done anything that was close to being an actress before. Thus, she didn't really think of Maria as her competitor.
