Chapter: 97
But everything indicated otherwise. Lyndsey blatantly ignored her all morning. More importantly, how and when did Maria and Lyndsey became close?

After racking her brain out, Vivian thought that she had figured out the truth.

Because she left early that day, she thought Maria must have taken advantage of the opportunity to flatter Lyndsey at the banquet. That was how they ended up being friends. Moreover, she couldn‘t help but think that Maria must have spoken ill of her in front of Lyndsey, which was why the Latter was so cold towards her now.

She longed to become friends with Lyndsey, but it was taken away by Maria.

That girl was really stealing everything that should have belonged to her.

Thinking of this, Vivian clenched her fists in anger.

“Hey, Lyn! Aren't you going to introduce me to the lady beside you?" Jay asked casually as he approached Lyndsey and Maria.

Within the core circle of a crew, the actors who played the hero and heroine were irreplaceable. Everyone Liked to spend time with them.

For Jay, it was already his second time doing a project with Lyndsey. Because of this, they had developed a tacit understanding and a close relationship.

At the same time, Jay had noticed Maria since she appeared on the crew. Although he guessed that this idle and beautiful script supervisor might have only gotten her position through some influential backers, he didn't actually mind it.

After all, in the entertainment circle, this kind of thing would usually happen. It had almost become a norm and he had already gotten used to it.

Before Lyndsey could say anything, Maria took the initiative to introduce herself. "My name is Maria Jenkins. I'm here as a script supervisor."

Hearing her straightforward and casual response, Jay was a little surprised.

Her tone sounded a Little too indifferent and unrestrained. Just as he expected from the beginning, it seemed that Maria was not an ordinary person.

Jay then grinned and introduced himself seriously in the same way Maria just did, "My name is Jay Reed. I'm here to play the part of the hero in this show."

Maria already knew that, so she just nodded without much care.

However, Jay's assistant couldn't believe what he had witnessed.

In the back of his mind, he couldn't fathom how this girl could be so calm. Not just in front of any celebrity, but Jay Reed. Was Jay not up to her standards? That was impossible. Or maybe she was simply not interested in men?

In a recent survey conducted by a famous entertainment magazine, Jay was voted as the male artist that girls wanted to marry the most.

Delivery stations across the country would always get filled with various packages addressed to him from senders claiming to be his beloved wife.
