Chapter: 1964
Their gazes met, neither one yielding.
Tyrone moved in for another kiss.
Sabrina quickly leaned back, her back against the car window, flustered. "Stop it. I'm not upset!"
Tyrone lifted an eyebrow, a playful smile on his face as he observed her ears turn red as if they were on fire. He knew she wasn't truly upset. She was just embarrassed by his playful actions.
Sabrina averted her gaze and whispered, “Just open the door. I want some rest."
“I'll walk you up." Tyrone unlocked the car doors, exited the vehicle, and circled around to open the door for Sabrina, carefully placing his hand above the door to ensure she wouldn't hit her head.
"You can leave now." Standing at the entrance to the 18th floor, Sabrina took a brief look at him.
"Aren't you going to invite me in for a bit?" Tyrone asked with hopeful eyes.
Sabrina firmly shook her head. "No need for such formalities between us." She then shut the door.
Tyrone gazed at the closed door, his smile tinged with resignation.
As he was about to walk away, the door swung open once more.
Tyrone, surprised, inquired, "Did you change your mind?"
“In your dreams. I just wanted to inform you that I'll be off to Philade for work soon."
Tyrone was stunned and asked with curiosity, "For how long?"
"Just a week."
"Make sure Brenton and the team accompany you."
Sabrina agreed with a nod before closing the door once again.
Tyrone stood there, momentarily at a loss for words.

Upon her arrival, her peers swarmed around her, eager to know where she had been and showing concern for her wellbeing. Her teachers gave her additional care and attention.
