Chapter: 1986
The secretary returned. "Mr. Wilson, Mr. Blakely's meeting's done. He'd like to see you in his office."

"Got it."

Thinking of Jennie's reaction on the phone, Kaleb couldn't help but grin. He picked up his fancy cane and followed the secretary to Tyrone's office.

As Kaleb stepped in, Tyrone stood by the expansive window, just finishing up a call.

Tyrone sported a simple yet sleek black shirt and trousers, accentuating his tall, trim frame.

Hearing the entry, Tyrone turned around with a welcoming smile, placing his phone on the desk. "Mr. Wilson, apologies for the wait. Please, take a seat."

He gestured toward the sofa in the meeting area and spoke his own language.

Kaleb shot a sharp look at Tyrone and settled onto the sofa, responding, “Mr. Blakely, good thing your secretary mentioned you were tied up. Thought for a second I wasn't wanted here!"

Before arriving in Mathias, Kaleb had scoped out some of Tyrone's online videos. He had to admit, Tyrone had a solid presence and seemed competent. No wonder his daughter was so attached. If Tyrone were his son-in-law, Kaleb would be pretty pleased. But...

Kaleb had his reservations about Tyrone and couldn't quite warm up to him.

Tyrone, sporting a serene smile, replied, "Apologies if I seemed inhospitable. What brings you here, Mr. Wilson? Do you concerns about your daughter or Jennie?"

“Humph, Tyrone's acting clueless? I'm not buying it." Kaleb thought to himself.

Kaleb snorted. "I recently learned Keilani gave birth to a girl five years back, and you're the father. I'm fully clued in on the situation now. Given Keilani's fondness for you, let me ask you. Do you plan to marry her?"

"Mr. Wilson, you know the answer." Tyrone's smile was faint. "My love and I are deep in love, and she's expecting.”

“Since there's another little one on the way, it'd just be awkward for you to have Jennie sticking around. I intend to take her back to Philade," Kaleb stated his intentions firmly.

Two days ago, at the mall, Kaleb witnessed how well Jennie and

Sabrina were getting along. He merely said this as an excuse to take

Jennie with him.

“That's not possible," Tyrone firmly replied.

“Why do you think it's not possible?" Kaleb asked.
