Chapter: 2014
With a flash of jealousy, Kira tore the photo into pieces.
In the second set, Rita, Sabrina, and Jennie were on a botanical garden trip together.
Kira glared at the three faces in the photo, her eyes cold and venomous. Bitch! ALL three of them were bitches! Rita, the old bitch, stole Horace from her. Sabrina, that little bitch, turned Tyrone against her! And Jennie was an ungrateful brat!
Kira abruptly stood up, swiping everything off the table onto the floor. "Crack!"
Right then, her assistant hurried in, saw the chaos, and calmly whispered something to Kira.
Kira's rage subsided a bit. She looked at the assistant and asked, "Really? I'll be right there."
She then rushed out the door.
The assistant glanced at the mess and shook her head, exasperated.
Kira had become increasingly erratic lately and often broke things.
She wondered if Kira had mental issues.
Kira rushed to the coffee shop, scanned the room, and spotted Horace sitting alone in a corner, sipping coffee leisurely.
She adjusted her hair and straightened her collar. Smiling, she walked gracefully over to him. “Horace, you finally agreed to see me."
Since that night, Horace had been avoiding Kira.
Horace lowered his gaze, his face stoic. "Please, have a seat."
"Please, could I get a cup of cappuccino?" Kira sat down opposite him, her voice trembling with shyness. "Horace, did you ask to meet because you've changed your mind?"
What Kira really wanted to ask was if Horace intended to leave Rita for her.
"I have," Horace confirmed with a nod. "So, let me make it clear to you."
Kira's heart raced with anticipation, feeling like she was in a dream.
“Please, go on."
“Don't come to me again," Horace stated firmly.
