Delilah played up her victim act, grabbing Anthony's hand. “Anthony, don't blame Cece. It's because of me that you two didn't marry. It's all my fault!"

No longer interested in Delilah's theatrics, Claudia left without a word.

Aurora glared angrily at them as she mocked with sarcasm, “You've got it right, you bitch! You haven't done a single thing wrong! Yes, you suffer from depression, and naturally you can do whatever you want!

Claudia limped towards her father. The man's grin vanished instantly when his gaze fell on Anthony and Delilah.

“Dad, I wanna go back home," Claudia whispered, tugging on Jace's clothing.

Jace bent his head, eyes welling up as he Looked at his little girl.

“Alright, sweetie. We're heading home. Dad will take care of you."

Anthony attempted to follow them, but halted when he observed Delilah incessantly uttering apologies.

“Anthony, I'm so sorry. I feel Like I'm just weighing you down!"

Listening to her words, Anthony grew somewhat irritated with Claudia.

“You have no part in this. She's crossed the line!"

In his view, it wasn't Delilah's fault that she was suffering from depression.
