Chapter: 1175
"Maybe I'm not that bad at drinking after all."

Bennett didn't say anything.

Staring at him, she blinked, waiting for him to respond. But Bennett didn't give her an answer. She wanted to know what his opinion was.

"So, what do you think?"

Did he think that she was that bad at drinking?

Bennett came to her side, taking her hand in his, and said, "I thought the same thing."

The two strolled out into the garden from the garage. The night breeze was cool. Claudia looked up at the sky and noticed the full moon tonight.

She pointed at the moon and said, “Bennett, the moon is so full tonight. It's even rounder and brighter than from the other night!"

Bennett also gazed up and noticed that the moon was fuller tonight.

"Yes," he replied, giving her a sidelong glance.

Claudia felt his gaze on her. Turning her head, she met his dark and alluring eyes. Her heart skipped a beat as she swallowed nervously.

“Bennett, has anyone told you that your eyes are beautiful?"

They were Like pools of endless depth and mystery. Claudia felt she could lose herself in them with just one glance.

"Yes."

Hearing his response, she was surprised and a little disappointed.

"Who has told you that?"

She thought she was the first to tell him that.

"You."

“What? When did I say that?"

Was there something wrong with her memory?

Why couldn't she remember when she said that to Bennett before?

But that wasn't even important now.

Under the beautiful, bright moon, she felt an overwhelming urge to hug him.

After a while, a gentle gust of wind brushed against them, making her shiver. Sensing the opportunity, Claudia snuggled closer to him, seeking warmth and comfort.
