Chapter: 158
Claudia swung open the door and welcomed her inside. “Please step in first. I'll guide you to the kitchen to help you get acquainted with the surroundings.”

“Thank you, Mrs. Dreskin."

“You're welcome.”

Claudia led Marcia inside the villa and towards the living room. She then realized she was new here and wasn't certain about the location of the kitchen.

Bennett's villa was enormous. While it wasn't teeming with rooms, each area had its distinct purpose. The villa seemed like a Labyrinth.

Luckily, she managed to navigate correctly in the end. After some time, she finally escorted Marcia to the kitchen. "Marcia, this is the kitchen. Take your time to get acquainted."

She flushed as she said this. She had, after all, Led them astray twice already.

As Claudia blushed, Marcia uttered with a sigh, "This villa is quite expansive, isn't it?"

“Yes, indeed. Familiarize yourself with the place first. Any queries, feel free to ask me."

Despite her assurance, Claudia feared her inability to assist Marcia. Looking the fridge brimming with fresh food, Marcia questioned, "Mrs. Dreskin, is Mr. Dreskin joining you for the lunch today? What do you want to eat?"

"Yes, Bennett will be back for the Lunch today.”

Claudia's eyes twinkled as she queried, "Do you have the skills to cook fried fish? I haven't eaten that in a while."

Captivated by Claudia's vibrant eyes, Marcia took a liking to her. “Absolutely, I can prepare it for our Lunch if you'd Like."

“Thank you, Marcia. You can decide on other dishes. I am actually quite open to all types of cuisine!"

Claudia wasn't one to fuss over her food.

“Alright. And what about Mr. Dreskin?"

Claudia felt embarrassed. She found it quite challenging to respond to this question.

She had no idea about Bennett's food preferences!

Faced with Marcia's patient gaze, Claudia gathered the courage to respond, “He has an allergy to peanuts, but isn't particularly fussy about his meals either.”

Marcia's experience told her Claudia was yet to familiarize herself with Bennett's Likes.

Yet Claudia was friendly and approachable, thus, as a veteran housekeeper, Marcia decided not to pry too much about her employer.

Marcia casually proposed, "Okay, I'll prepare something nice for lunch."
