Chapter: 357
Staring at the white ceiling, she touched the spot where Bennett kissed.
Why did he kiss her?
And what did he mean by he was going to give her a taste of her own medicine?
It was obvious. She had taken advantage of him first. And now he wanted revenge. Oh, God!
Claudia always thought she was a simple-minded woman who didn't really care about sex or having intimate contact with the opposite sex. But now that she was living with Bennett under the same roof, all her bad habits jumped out. She realized she was actually so dirty-minded and weirdly bold.
Was she cuckoo? Did she need to go see a therapist?
This was the first time she found herself sleepwalking!
After several moments of evaluating her problem, Claudia became less embarrassed. She picked up her phone and sent Aurora a message. "Hey, I have a question for you. Have you ever caught me sleepwalking?”
Aurora had woken up to pee when her phone which was on the nightstand suddenly vibrated. Wondering who could have texted her this early in the morning, she picked up the phone. She was even more confused when she saw the message.
“Since when did you start sleepwalking?"
After hitting send, something occurred to Aurora. She texted again, “Wait a damn minute! Sleepwalkers aren't always aware that they sleepwalk. How did you know you sleepwalked?
Did something happen last night? Give me the tea!"
Claudia was taken aback by Aurora's ability to smell something fishy so quickly. Not knowing how to reply, she dropped her phone facedown on the bed.
She brought her knees up to her bosom and tried to recall how she found her way to Bennett's room last night.
She must have been restless in her sleep. She had a lot of dreams.
Now that she thought hard, a scene of her kissing Bennett passionately replayed in her head.
Was that just a dream?
Oh, God! She didn't kiss him for real, did she?
Claudia slapped her mouth. The more she thought about it, the more afraid she became. It had never occurred to her that she was so frisky and horny!
Claudia shook her head hard. She decided not to think about it anymore. That was all in the past. What was the point of dwelling on something she wasn't even sure happened for real?
As soon as Claudia regained her calmness, her stomach rumbled loudly She clutched it and sighed.
There was nothing she could do about her hunger now.
A warm meal would have done the trick, but she didn't have the balls to go out of her room today.
It was Saturday. Bennett was going to be at home all day.
