Chapter: 410
Oh no!
Realizing that the glass flew out, Claudia wanted to grab it subconsciously, regardless of whether she was dizzy or not.
Before she could get the glass, she threw herself into the water. Water splashed everywhere. Claudia poked her head out of the water and looked straight into Bennett's eyes.
She felt so mortified!
Moments Later, Claudia's mind caught up with her situation. Falling into the pool wasn't the most humiliating part. What was truly mortifying was that she was wearing a dress today!
When she wore a belt, it was tight-fitting, and when she didn't wear a belt, it was Loose.
She had worn the belt when she went out but had felt burdened by it upon her return, so she'd undone it in her room.
Now, her entire dress was floating!
Clearly, Bennett also noticed the issue at that moment, and he quickly said, "I won't look."
“T-thank you." she managed to reply, utterly embarrassed.
Bennett studied Claudia's face briefly, and then climbed out of the swimming pool.
He promised he wouldn't look, and he kept his word. After climbing out, he headed directly to the shower room, Leaving Claudia alone in the swimming pool.
Without Bennett around, Claudia felt less self-conscious. She quickly swam to the edge.
Her dress clung to her, soaked and heavy.
Standing beside the pool, Claudia gazed at the water dripping from her dress, momentarily unsure whether to head into the villa or the nearby shower room first to find towels.
Soon enough, Bennett appeared, a bath towel in hand.
He draped the towel around her, advising, “Hurry back inside. Don't catch a chill. I'll retrieve the glass for you."

She stopped herself, realizing that no amount of explanation could alleviate her embarrassment.
She glanced at him, a bit awkwardly, and apologized. "I'm sorry."
She was at a loss why strange incidents always occurred to her in his presence!
Bennett simply smiled, teasing, “Sorry for what? You didn't hit me with the glass."
Claudia found herself without a response.
Enough of this.
