Chapter: 450
A yawn escaped her, and as the city Lights flashed by, she drifted into sleep.
Shortly after leaving the hospital, Bennett stopped at a red traffic light. Turning to Claudia, who had just warned him against temptation he discovered her asleep.
A smile broke across his face, followed by a deep chuckle that resonated in the silent car.
When the Light turned green, Bennett's attention returned to the road, and he drove on.
Upon reaching the villa, he found Claudia still fast asleep in the passenger seat.
He carried her to the bedroom, her body unmoving the entire way.
After laying her on the bed, he noticed she was still clad in her party dress. After some hesitation, Bennett reached back to unzip the side waist of the dress to make her more comfortable.
As the zipper lowered, the dress Loosened considerably.
At that moment, Claudia stirred on the bed. The thin blanket slid down, and her skirt was hiked up almost to her thigh.
A glimpse of white undergarment teased, testing the man's restraint.
But just as his desire was threatening to overtake him, the woman on the bed whispered, "Mr. Dreskin, don't seduce me again. I won't be able to restrain myself!"
She finally said what she'd left unfinished.
A laugh escaped Bennett. He adjusted her dress and blanket, tucking her in once more.
Then, bending down, he pressed a gentle kiss to her red lips before leaving her room.
Really? Was she about to lose her self-control? Well, luckily his patience was also wearing thin.
On the second day, Claudia awoke only around eleven in the morning. Rising to her feet, she discovered she was still adorned in the same dress from the previous night. Memories of what occurred started to filter through her mind.
She had actually been conscious and sensible when the incident happened, and the reason she couldn't resist embracing and kissing Bennett was clear.
It was because her drunken state had emboldened her.
Coming to grips with the realization that she had once again done something absurd, Claudia was consumed by shame, though without a shred of regret.
Predictably, Aurora had led her astray!
She lifted her hand, rubbing her face as her stomach rumbled in hunger. In haste, Claudia leaped out of bed. As she changed her clothes, she was startled to find her dress' zipper undone.
Wasn't it zipped the night she went to the party?
She had inspected it before leaving and it was securely fastened. But upon awakening, it was unzipped!
The previous night, only Bennett and she had been home. Since she had dozed off, it was highly probable that he had unzipped it.
