Chapter: 542
She wasn't sleepy, and there was no piano either. What could she do? Claudia leaned her chin on her hand and pondered for a moment.
Eventually, she decided to play some games.
But after a handful of attempts, she grew disinterested. She then turned her attention to her usual game, Honor of Kings.
Time seemed to pass by when immersed in Honor of Kings. Surely, after two game rounds, Aurora would wake up, right?
In the end, it took three game rounds for Aurora to woke up.
After Aurora woke up, she took her sweet time to put on a facial mask and then makeup. By the time they were ready to head out, the clock marked 10 AM.
The Lover Lane was bustling with people over the weekend. Aurora had the idea of going out to take some beautiful photos there. However, every spot they considered for photography was crowded with people, and the backgrounds were all filled with people.
Luckily, Claudia's beauty stood out even in the midst of the crowd, making her the most stunning presence.
Holding her phone, Aurora gushed over Claudia, “Absolutely stunning! Isn't she? See, with all these people in the background, our appearance stands out even more. Doesn't it make for a striking sight?"
A chuckle escaped Claudia.
This woman could come up with anything just to save them from the embarrassment .
The restaurant they went to later was also bustling with people. Glancing at the sea of faces ahead, Claudia suggested, “What if we try a different place?"
The renowned restaurant's popularity was evident from the overwhelming crowd.
Aurora was absorbed in retouching the photos, "Okay! Sure! Wait, what did you just say?"
Claudia just shook her head in disbelief.
She tugged Aurora out of the restaurant. They then left the bustling Lover Lane and hailed a cab to a different Location.
But the weekend crowd seemed everywhere. Opting for a less crowded place, they settled down.
Aurora continued her editing obsession. Curious, Claudia leaned in to take a look, asking in shock, "Where are they?"
As Aurora geared up to flaunt her freshly edited masterpiece, she heard Claudia's remark and blinked her eyes.
“What do you mean?"
With a nod towards the phone's screen, Claudia inquired, “Where's the crowd from the original photo?”
"They've been edited out."
"Awesome! Aurora, you're quite good at photo editing!"
“Of course," Aurora said proudly, raising her eyebrows.
