Chapter: 643
The warmth seemed to radiate through her chest, giving rise to an irresistible surge of emotion.

Upon their arrival at the golf course, Breck and Duncan were engaged in a match.

Spotting the two of them, Breck promptly halted the competition and inquired, "Aren't you supposed to be unavailable?"

Bennett cast a glance at Claudia and replied, “I am free now."

Under Bennett's scrutinizing gaze, Claudia felt a pang of guilt and greeted, “Mr. Santos."

As Breck surveyed the two individuals, an unspoken tension hung in the air between Bennett and Claudia.

“Come here, then! Observe my match against Duncan!" Breck proposed.

“Of course!" Claudia agreed, but before she could react, Bennett, standing beside her, handed her a golf club, saying, “Let's have our own game!"

Blushing with embarrassment, Claudia responded, "I also enjoy watching others play." Bennett glanced at her and remarked, “Fine. Whatever you say.”

Upon hearing this, Breck suddenly quipped, “Bennett, why are you acting so disagreeably today?"

What the hell? Claudia gave Breck a Look of utter astonishment. Was he really not afraid of annoying Bennett?

Breck, upon realizing he had said something he should not have, scratched his nose self-consciously and exclaimed, "Sorry, that's just a slip of the tongue! As punishment, I'LL slap myself.”

He then jokingly gave himself a slap across the face.

Bennett shot him a stern look and ordered, “Get out of my sight." After a pause, he added, “Don't ruin my wife's day."

Breck turned to Claudia.

“I'm sorry. I said something I shouldn't have."

He did not say anything more afterward. He grabbed the club and fled from them.

He went straight to Duncan and whispered, “Don't you think that Bennett gives off an irritating vibe today? It makes me want to beat him up.” Duncan raised a brow at him and said, “Beat him up if you can, then." That silenced Breck.

He would have already beaten Bennett up if he had the ability and guts to do it.

Grover drank some water before chiming in, “Maybe it's because he's been madly in love lately.”

“I think you're right," Breck agreed, nodding.

He felt tingles all over his body as he recalled Bennett's words. Seriously, what was wrong with Bennett? He had been married for more than two months already, so why was he still in the honeymoon phase?

Breck glanced in the couple's direction before nudging Duncan with his shoulder. "What happened to his sweetheart? Has he forgotten about her already?"

Duncan shrugged. "Who knows?"
