Chapter: 681
Upon seeing him, the doorman greeted, “Good day, Mr. Dreskin."

Bennett nodded at him. Then, a waiter approached them and escorted them to a private room.

Aurora said that she had attempted to reserve a room with a window in the restaurant several times but had always been unsuccessful. Bennett, obviously, did not face the same problem.

The landscape outside was stunning. Looking out the bow window, they could see a tiny bridge spanning the water below. The artificial stream included two ducks and peach trees on either side.

Despite the fact that it was still too early in the season for the peach trees to blossom, they still made the view even more picturesque.

Claudia snapped a photo of the scenery and forwarded it to Aurora. After that, she set her phone down and reached for the tablet on the table to place her order.

When she and Aurora went there last time, they tried some of their signature dishes, so she decided to try something else this time.

Claudia was about to pass the tablet to Bennett when she recalled his preference.

She shot him a glance across the table and made some adjustment.

Once she was satisfied, she handed the device to the man.

“I've finished ordering.“

Bennett included another dish in the order before finalizing it.

"I heard it's hard to get a reservation here. Aurora had been trying to get one for weeks but had been unsuccessful."

Bennett drank some tea and stated, "The owner of this restaurant is Breck's aunt. Don't worry. I'll ask him to reserve a private room for you later."

Claudia gasped in awe. "I don't think I should accept that."

“In that case, next time you or Miss Haywood come here, just mention my name."

Claudia beamed at him. "Can I really do that?"

As usual, when she looked at Bennett, he found himself unable to tear his gaze away from her beautiful eyes

“Of course."

He raised an eyebrow and drummed his fingers on the table.

“We'll do that the next time we come here, then."

“You can also tell them that you are Mrs. Dreskin."

Claudia snorted and drank some tea to hide her embarrassment.

Her ears, though, were a dead giveaway, as they turned a colour akin to cooked shrimp.
