She immediately replied, “Wow, it's so beautiful! You captured the scenery so well. You could be a professional photographer."

Claudia responded, "I know, right? Bennett took me to the seaside for dinner!"

Aurora was still typing a few compliments but stopped when she saw Claudia's message. "I won't be bothering you anymore, then."

She looked at the takeout food in front of her. Suddenly, it did not look so appetizing anymore. She wondered if Bennett had any single friends.

If she asked him to introduce her to one of them, would he think she was delusional?

As soon as she saw Aurora's response, Claudia quickly realized that she had unconsciously bragged about her married life again.

When she Looked up, she found Bennett staring at her.

Claudia set her spoon on the table and said, “I'm done."

“Do you want to take a walk?"

“Sure.”

The sunset painted a stunning picture. It would be a shame if she did not go for a stroll with her beloved one to enjoy it.

Claudia dabbed the napkin above her lips and around her mouth before stretching out her hand.

“Let's go to the beach."

Bennett smiled as he eagerly took her hand.

Bennett took a moment to study their clasped hands before turning his head in the direction of the ocean.

It was already six o'clock in the evening. The seashore was bathed in a golden light as the sun set, making for a stunning sight.

Slowly, Like a giant egg yolk, the sun sank below the horizon over the ocean's surface.

It was getting dark quickly after the sunset, and people had started leaving the beach. The majority of the other remaining tourists were also couples. Like Bennett and Claudia, they were holding hands as they strolled along the beach.

Claudia suddenly stopped walking.

Bennett, thinking that there was a problem, asked, “Is something the matter?"

The woman gave a slight shake of her head and turned to him. "I want to take my sandals off and step on the sand."

She and Aurora liked walking barefoot on the beach because they enjoyed the soothing sensation of the sand under their feet.

However, at the moment, she was hesitant to take her footwear off because she was with Bennett.

“Let me help you take them off, then," Bennett said before crouching down before her.
