Claudia's embarrassment grew when she noticed the smile on his face. Unable to take another second of his teasing stare, she covered his eyes with her hand and whined, "Stop laughing at me, Bennett.”

Bennett grinned so wide that it threatened to split his face in two. And the more he smiled, the more embarrassed she felt.

He grabbed her wrist and pulled her hand away from his face. "I'm not Laughing.”

He then took on a serious expression

He stopped smiling as well.

Claudia rolled her eyes at him.

“Anyway, I want to take a nap. What about you?"

“Are you asking me to nap with you?"

Claudia was quiet for a while before she shyly replied, "I mean, why not?"

She then inquired, "Do you have your pajamas with you?"

“No, but it doesn't matter."

When Claudia gave him a confused look, Bennett explained, "I'll just take my shirt off."

Instantly, her stunning eyes expanded, and she gazed at him in shock.

“I don't think that's appropriate."

Bennett touched the first button of his shirt and raised a brow at her.

“Why not?"

"The hotel's bedding isn't actually clean!"

Panic rose within Claudia when Bennett unfastened the first button of his shirt. Before he could undo the second one, she surged forward and grabbed his hands to stop him. "I told you the bed sheet is dirty! You shouldn't lie naked on it."

Bennett wrenched his hands free to grab her wrists, and then he coaxed her into wrapping her arms around his middle.

“Alright. I won't take my shirt off, Mrs. Dreskin."

With her face flushing deeply, Claudia pulled away from him, Lay on the bed, and covered herself with the blanket, leaving only her eyes visible.

“I'm tired. I'm going to sleep now. I'll get up at two o'clock, and then let's go for a ride on the motorboat."

Surprisingly, she still remembered that and already had everything planned.

Bennett readjusted the blanket so that it was only covering her up to her neck. "Get some rest now. I'll join you after I call Jackson."
