Chapter: 951
“Claudia, who are these two?" Claudia looked at Gustavo and Xavier and wasn't sure how to explain,
Joann assumed they were bothering Claudia and said, “We don't have a phone number or accounts on any social apps."
Gustavo chuckled, “Miss, although Miss Marshall is beautiful, we're not creeps, Do we come off that way to you?"
Realizing the misunderstanding, Claudia quickly explained, “I met them in Linmarsh and did them a small favor. I just coincidentally bumped into them again, so they came to greet me."
Perhaps they could be friends.
“oh, my apologies! I tend to be protective of Claudia due to her popularity and the attention she receives. I'm so sorry! I didn't mean anything by it."
Gustavo didn't take any offense but asked curiously, “What does Miss
Marshall do? She doesn't look like someone who would work in showbiz
Initially, he had considered that Claudia might be an unknown actress, but upon careful consideration, he felt that it was improbable.
If she were in the entertainment industry, with her good looks, it seemed impossible for Claudia not to be famous!
Of course, Gustavo knew a lot about the dynamics of the entertainment world, but he couldn't recall any information about Claudia in the showbiz industry.
When they got off the plane a while ago, he saw Claudia with her head lowered, sending a message.
Gustavo experienced a peculiar sensation. He realized there were indeed individuals with exceptional manners and grace. Even standing in the aisle of an airport, Claudia exuded a comforting presence.
“Claudia is a pianist. She won the first prize in the International Lierina Award last year."
Gustavo admitted his ignorance.
“Though I haven't heard about the award, it sounds impressive."
"Absolutely!" Joann said proudly.
Claudia preferred not to delve into discussions about herself. She interjected in the conversation between the two, “Mr. Green, Mr. Hinchcliffe, I appreciate your kindness. But I came to Hinchcliffe this time to catch another flight, so I won't be able to join you for lunch." Gustavo felt a tinge of disappointment. But he didn't press the matter.
“Well, we won't bother you anymore, Miss Marshall."
Claudia nodded at them politely and smiled at Joann.
“Let's go and get our luggage."
Joann could see that Claudia wasn't familiar with these two men.
She then accompanied Claudia to collect their luggage.
Gustavo let out a sigh as he watched Claudia walk away.
