Sensing something amiss, Camila quickly shot a look at Harland.

Harland seemed puzzled by her intense stare. "What's gotten into you?

Why are you looking at me like that?"

Camila gestured towards Jaylen. "Is he related to you?"

Harland answered truthfully, “Yes, he's my cousin. His mother and mine are sisters."

"Is he sick?" Camila inquired further.

Harland confirmed, "Yes, that's what he told me. He was hoping you could visit him."

Camila bit her Lip.

This was her carelessness.

She didn't anticipate that Harland and Jaylen were related.

“Why are you so surprised?" Jaylen stood up and walked towards Camila step by step.

Camila backed away cautiously. In the next moment, she spun around, attempting to run away.

But her path was blocked at the door.

A group of intimidating, burly men stood in her way!

Finding herself cornered, Camila swiftly turned to Jaylen. “What are you planning?"

“You're a doctor, and I'm a patient. Naturally, I want you to treat me."

Jaylen wore a satisfied grin.

Camila shook her head. “I can't treat your condition. You should see another doctor. And please let me go now. If Isaac finds out that you caused trouble again, he won't let you off the hook.”
