Chapter: 1984
"What's up with you? Why are you waiting on me? Are you that bored?"
Morrison shot him a glare.
Colin was puzzled.
“I just wanted to double-check. And why are you hiding anyway? It's just a furniture mall."
Colin shrugged.
Had he done something shameful?
“I'm just here to shop for furniture. I heard you calling, but honestly, I am not in the mood to chat," Morrison explained as he held the door for Laura. He settled into the driver's seat and revved the engine before taking off.
Colin was left speechless.
Had he messed up somehow?
ALL he had wanted was to say hello...
Meanwhile, Camila had spent an hour trotting around on the horse.
Isaac suggested she take a breather.
"Are we staying here overnight? You don't need to stick around for me, you know. If you have got stuff to do? Go ahead, I can manage,"
Camila offered after taking a sip of water.
Isaac shook his head. "Nope."
Even if he was swamped, he would make time for her.
He was afraid that when she was alone, she would be stressing out!
"You seem to enjoy riding. How about we make this a regular thing?"
Isaac suggested.
Just as Camila was about to respond, the phone on the table buzzed.
