"Did you think I wouldn't take action after you set me up?" he snickered.

Camila couldn't help grimacing at his arrogance. Casting him a cold look, she shot back, “Did you get out of jail on your own?"

Caught off guard, Tyrese retorted, “Although it was a verbal exchange with you, it was also based on my own wisdom."

Camila sneered and calmly said, "Your wisdom? Don't make me laugh. You know what you did, yet you're still acting so arrogant. You're just showing me the kind of person you truly are. A spineless liar."

"Are you mocking me?" Tyrese regarded her coldly.

Camila didn't respond, clearly done with arguing with him.

Tyrese snorted. "I'll make sure you go to jail!"

His whole face contorted with rage, making him look even more hideous.

Just then, the door of the examination room opened, and Kameron was wheeled out.

Seeing Camila, Kameron called her over, completely ignoring his son.

Camila stood up and walked up to him at once.

Standing a feet away, she asked, “How do you feel, Mr. Garland?"

"I feel so much better. Thanks to you," Kameron responded with a smile.

“Dad!" Kameron had more things to say but was interrupted by his son, who walked over and held his arms. "You've scared me to death! But I'm glad you're awake now."

Kameron shook his son's hands on him and admonished, "Withdraw the lawsuit on Camila now, and don't embarrass me!"

He learned about everything from Ernesto while undergoing the examination, so he was furious and disappointed with his son.

Ernesto hoped he could make his son withdraw the lawsuit and stop coming for Camila.

Tyrese was caught off guard by his father's outburst.

Grimacing, he turned to Camila and scowled, “You told on me to my father? You bitch!"

Tyrese's face looked fierce. "Big mouth!"
