Chapter: 2033
Camila remained unfazed.
Her expression was unchanged.
It seemed she could see right through someone like him.
She refused to stoop to the level of a villain like him!
Kameron, who had just begun to recover, was so enraged that he nearly passed out again.
He pointed at Tyrese and scolded, “Don't you realize that if she hadn't insisted on performing the operation, I'd be six feet under by now? She saved my life through pure effort. Shouldn't you be thanking her instead of suing her? Who taught you to repay kindness with such ungratefulness? Huh? What are you even talking about?"
Tyrese remained unconvinced. "She didn't follow the rules..."
"If she had followed the rules, would you still have me around?"
Kameron was livid.
Standing to one side, Camila watched silently, making no move to approach.
Ernesto, concerned that Kameron's anger could trigger another illness, gently patted his back and advised, “You've just woken up. It isn't healthy to be this angry. It'd be better to talk with him calmly.”
Then he glanced at Tyrese and remarked, "I informed your father about it. I believed you made a mistake, so I informed your father without seeking anyone's approval. If you have any grievances, direct them towards me. Don't continue causing problems for a woman.”
Tyrese's face twitched slightly. "So, everyone here is good, and I'm the only bad one?"
"You messed up. Just own up to it. Don't play the victim, blaming everyone else. Go to the court and drop the lawsuit now, or don't call me dad anymore." Kameron issued a stern ultimatum.
Tyrese was definitely resentful.
Yet, he took Kameron's words seriously.
"Dad, I'll do as you say. I'll go. But please, don't be angry. It's not good for you. The only people who truly care about you are me and your family..."
“sure, I'd be thankful if you just stopped aggravating me." Kameron refused to listen, so with a wave of his hand, he dismissed him.
Tyrese got up and walked out.
They then moved Kameron to the ward.
