Looking at him, Camila said, “There's something I haven't told you."

"What is it?" asked Forrest, smiling.

"Laura is married," Camila replied.

She had just finished speaking when Forrest was stunned.

He was utterly shocked.

Isaac teased him, "Come on, Forrest. It's just a marriage."

Forrest couldn't find the words.

He got up from the sofa.

He didn't want to believe it.

Looking at Camila, he asked, “Why are you acting like Isaac? Are you trying to hurt me? Are you trying to upset me with a lie?"

Camila said seriously, “I'm not lying to you. What I said is true.”

She had thought carefully before telling him about Laura's marriage.
