Chapter: 2168
“I'm not a picky eater, either," Isaac stated.

Camila smiled. “Great. Now, tell me the dishes you like to eat. I'll learn to make them for you."

After thinking for a moment, Isaac enumerated his favorite dishes.

"I like stir-fry snow pea and cabbage, squid soup, braised fish in soy sauce, and steamed shrimp."

Camila's smile deepened.

Those were the dishes she had cooked for him last time, and they were all simple and light-flavored.

Glancing at her with a smile, Isaac said, "I like whatever you make."

"I'll try my best to learn how to cook more dishes so you'll have home-made food every time you go home from work," Camila said.

Isaac looked at her with a raised brow, teasing, “Why? Are you going to replace the scalpel with the ladle and become a full time housewife?"

Camila pretended to think it over and said, "Well, that depends. If you're nice to me, I might think about becoming a housewife."

Isaac laughed but there was a hint of annoyance in his voice. "Am I not treating you right?"

“We'll need to keep an eye on you for a bit," Camila replied with a smirk.

Isaac sighed and pulled her into a hug. "Don't make me mad."

Camila leaned into him and nodded. "I'll be good, I promise."

Their car pulled up to the restaurant.

Wynter was there, waiting.

He walked over and said, "Mr. Johnston, everything's set. Everyone's in the VIP room."

Isaac gave him a quick nod. "Got it."

He then walked inside with Camila by his side.

Camila noticed Wynter was still by the door and asked, "Hey, have you eaten yet?"
