Camila turned her attention to him.

Forrest instructed, "Take Joe inside. I'll manage this situation."

Camila nodded.

She was not inclined to involve herself in other's affairs at present.

With Isaac absent, her priority was solely on the two children.

After exiting the car, she held Joe close.

Brewster stared at Joe.

Then he suddenly laughed.

Forrest stepped in to block his view and inquired, "Did you run out of the money?"

“No," Brewster responded, returning the cash. "I found a job."

Forrest frowned. "So quickly?"

Brewster explained, “I checked out of the hotel. This is the refund.”

Forrest scrutinized him and asked, “Where are you staying now?"

“I'm living at my workplace," he replied.

Forrest regarded him for a few moments.

Despite his youth, he appeared to possess considerable self-respect.

Accepting the money, Forrest said, "If you need assistance, don't hesitate to come back."

"You don't trust me at all. Do you want me to cause trouble for you?"

Forrest responded, “If you're aware of that, why do you still come here?"

"Where else could I find you?"
