Chapter: 2511
Pausing to collect himself, he pondered Willie's audacity in admitting a strange woman without consulting him first.
Camila tried her trick once more, noticing Isaac's unexpected compliance this time.
He didn't ask Willie to come in again.
And he didn't flinch as Camila touched his chest.
Camila was momentarily speechless.
At this point, she couldn't help but wonder if Isaac had given in.
Unaware of her true identity, Isaac's passive response left her confused.
"Hello, Isaac. What's happening here? So, now that I'm not around, any woman can just walk in?"
Isaac lay still, his response measured. "You took the initiative, why should I miss this opportunity?"
Camila was left speechless, her emotions simmering beneath the surface.
"I'm Leaving," she announced, her tone sharp with frustration.
Isaac intercepted her, his words tinged with reproach. "You were teasing me. Can't I return the favor?"
"How dare you!" Camila shot back, her indignation clear. "You didn't seem to mind the company of a strange woman."
Isaac's laughter resonated through the room, deep and hearty.
Camila, her lips pressed into a thin line, demanded, "What's so amusing?"
Isaac chuckled softly. “Honestly, I never expected it to be you. But when Willie arrived, I knew he wouldn't let just anyone in here.”
He gestured towards her. “Come closer."
Camila hesitated momentarily, eyeing his outstretched hand, and eventually, she approached and placed her hand in his palm. Isaac's fingers closed around hers, his grip tender.
Camila then eased herself onto the edge of the bed and crawled into his arms, seeking the comfort of his embrace.
“Why didn't you let me know you were here?" Isaac's voice was gentle as he stroked her hair.
