Chapter: 3897
While they were still talking, Axell walked into the studio.
Melissa took a good look at him. She could see that he was in his early 30's and was quite handsome. In general, he could be considered decent husband material. But she was sure that if not that Jessie had been reduced to poverty, she wouldn't have chosen someone Like him.
The moment Axell walked in, the first person his eyes fell on was Jessie.
She was wearing a designer brand skirt and a matching top. Her slightly curly hair was loosely tied up into a messy bun, making her look young and sexy.
If he were to think of a rough estimate, he would say the outfit cost a fortune.
He was just about to speak when he noticed the presence of Melissa.
Melissa and Marcus had been married for several years. She dressed simple yet elegant. Even so, her clothes cost way more than Jessie's.
At the sight of her, Axell kept his mouth closed.
At this point, Jessie decided to introduce them. “Axell, this is Melissa. Melissa, this is Axell."
"Hi," Axell said, shaking hands with Melissa. "Mr. Waston talked about you last time we met."
Melissa couldn't help but think that he was too polite. "Mr. Waston has also told me a lot about you she replied with a smile. "He said you're Jessie's boyfriend. I didn't know Jessie had a boyfriend until he told me."
Axell was both shocked and flattered, and he couldn't help but turn to glance at Jessie.
Being an experienced businesswoman, Melissa was quite good at reading people. She could sense that Axell wasn't the right man for Jessie.
But knowing her place in Jessie's life, she decided not to interfere, otherwise it would look like she was helping Albert.
By this time, the clients that had come to the studio began to leave.
So Jessie grabbed her bag and said to her friends, “Come on, let's go have dinner together. Hopefully, you'll get to know more about each other."
Melissa happily agreed.
Axell too was delighted. He eagerly opened the door for them and said with a bow, "It's my honor to be your driver today, ladies."
Meanwhile, at the gate of the studio, there was a beautiful girl standing there.
She looked young, but she had a strong personality. Standing behind her was the driver who had brought her. The little girl looked up at the signboard and slowly read out the name of the studio, “Majestic Mind Studio."
