Chapter: 4583
She sneered back, “And I'm just as shocked to see you've turned into such a jerk!"

Having said that, Olivia turned to leave.

However, Dylan got up from the sofa and caught her wrist. “Why not stay for dinner?" he asked.

Glancing from Dylan to the dog crouched beside him, Olivia snapped, “Enjoy your dinner with Gina! Since you're so close to her, you might as well share everything with your dog."

Her tone dripped with sarcasm.

Dylan found himself speechless at her sarcastic words.

Olivia had imagined many scenarios for their reunion but nothing like this.

Her legs trembled as she walked out of the house.

As twilight enveloped the city, she lingered in the car, lost in thought.

Suddenly, Dylan yanked the door open and offered, “Let me drive you home."

Caught off guard, Olivia looked up at him, her expression a mixture of surprise and something deeper.

It took her a moment to collect herself, her emotions threatening to spill over once more. Yet, she was determined not to break down in front of Dylan, not this time. She wasn't the same naive girl anymore.

Struggling to keep her composure, Olivia bit back her tears.

Then, with a scoff, she challenged him, “Don't you want to divorce me? Come to my office someday. We should set a date to finalize everything."

Dylan's response came with a tinge of desperation. “Come on, Olivia, don't talk nonsense."

Hands gripping the steering wheel tightly, Olivia snapped back, “I'm serious! You left me no choice, Dylan. You said you'd give me the choice, so I have no reason to expect you to support Leyla and me any longer. After all, she isn't your—"

“Enough, Olivia!"

Dylan cut her off, his tone sharper than intended.

Tears welled up in Olivia's eyes again.

She fixed her gaze on him, her voice trembling. “Isn't that what's really going on? Dylan, tell me... If Leyla were truly your daughter, or if I hadn't been pregnant with his child back then, would you make me choose now after everything we've been through? Would you still want to wait for two years? No, you wouldn't!"

Olivia lowered her head, memories of her past with Dylan flooding her mind.

She had chosen him because he gave her a sense of security.

He promised her that he would stand by her side through anything, and he had indeed kept that promise. Even when he discovered that Olivia was carrying Raphael's child, Dylan didn't walk away.

Yet now, he was pushing her into a corner, forcing her to choose.
