Chapter: 4606
It took her some time, but she regained her composure and responded calmly, “Dylan, it seems you've forgotten that I was still your wife when you chose to leave. As for Raphael's relationships and engagements... these matters have nothing to do with me. Do you expect me to update you on everything and beg for you to stay?" She paused before continuing, "I've made it clear to you repeatedly that Raphael and I are history. You're the one insisting Leyla should be with her biological father and pushing me to reconcile with Raphael.”

Throughout her response, Dylan stared intently at her without blinking.

Olivia realized she had nothing more to say to Dylan. Her voice softened as she said, "It's time for you to go. I'm done with you.”

“You don't love him anymore, do you?" Dylan asked.

There was a noticeable gleam of satisfaction in his voice as he spoke.

Olivia, on the other hand, was taken aback by his question.

She didn't turn around. Instead, she responded softly, "Whether or not I still have feelings for him is none of your business!" She paused before adding, "Dylan, since you're with someone else now, I'd prefer you not to visit here again."

With that, she walked away.

But Dylan remained frozen in place.

He watched as Olivia walked toward the villa. At the same time, Leyla burst out of the house joyfully. Olivia scooped up the little girl and kissed her on the forehead.

It appeared that Olivia was crying.

The little girl kissed Olivia on the cheek...

Throughout this, Olivia never turned back or glanced his way again.

It seemed that from the moment he chose to leave her, or perhaps when she learned about his involvement with Gina, Olivia had resolved never to go back anymore. Maybe she was telling the truth when she said Raphael no longer mattered to her.

The only one that mattered to her was Dylan, yet he realized it too late.

With this thought, Dylan pulled a cigarette from his pocket. Given his poor health, he shouldn't smoke.

Yet, he lit the cigarette anyway.

After taking a drag, he choked on the smoke and began coughing violently.

But this pain that he felt was his assurance that he was still alive.

He paced back and forth with his cigarette, and then eventually stood silently by the gate.

Clearly, Dylan was filled with regret!

However, Olivia wasn't interested in giving him another chance.

She ignored his calls and refused to see him... In his desperation, Dylan even turned to Laura for help.

At the coffee shop.
