As soon as the elevator doors closed, Holden pressed Ariana against the wall and kissed her.

Ariana groaned and subconsciously struggled.

Holden let go of her and looked at her affectionately. Then, he reached out, gently smoothened her hair, and said with a smile, "Since you're here, you can stay with me in the afternoon. We'll pick up our son from school together in the evening."

Although he spoke very gently, there was a sense of unyielding toughness in his tone.
