Chapter: 1631
Perhaps the presence of her friends gave Sarah the courage she needed, Sarah couldn't hold back any longer. She shakily sent a message to Aziel, “Where are you?"
Quickly, Aziel replied, "I'm at the office."
Overwhelmed with anxiety, Sarah tossed her phone aside, grabbed her car keys, and marched out with determination. "I need to confront him now."
Ariana and Sonia didn't hesitate to follow her.
They soon reached Aziel's villa.
This villa complex was even more luxurious than where Ariana Lived, and the surroundings were beautiful. As they got out of the car, Ariana glanced around and spotted a familiar car parked near another villa.
Then, she saw Holden and Sadie stepping out of the car.
Ariana felt her heart sink.
Hadn't Holden promised to wait for her at home? Why was he here alone with Sadie?
Despite her trust in Holden, Ariana couldn't help feeling upset at the sight of him with Sadie, leading her to all sorts of speculations.
Caught in a whirlwind of emotions, Ariana grew increasingly despondent the more she thought about the situation. Sensing her distress, Sonia reached out, touching Ariana's cold hand, and asked with concern, "What's on your mind? What are you looking at?"
Ariana averted her gaze and shook her head.
With the issue involving Sarah still unresolved, Ariana didn't want to add to Sonia's and Sarah's worries. She tried to brush it off, saying, "It's nothing."
Sonia responded with a silent nod and turned her attention back to Sarah.
Sarah stood at the villa's entrance, phone in hand, her frustration evident. “This is his last chance," she muttered to herself before making a call to Aziel. “Where exactly are you?" she demanded.
On the other end of the line, Aziel paused before answering, "I'm at the office."
Sarah scoffed, "Oh, you're at the office, huh?"
Without waiting for a response, she hung up and stormed through the villa's door, Sonia following closely behind.
Entering the house, they were greeted by the sight of numerous balloons. Aziel, the woman Sarah's assistant had mentioned, and two other people were all holding partially inflated balloons, looking bewildered.
Sarah was taken aback and blurted out, "What's going on here?"
