Chapter: 1693
Frustrated, Adrian sat down on the beach. It was only then that Holden glanced up from his phone and said, “Let's go over after they've settled into the villa."
“Okay, it's up to you," Adrian replied with a sigh, his frustration evident. "But mark my words; I'll show that guy a thing or two when I get the chance."
Once everyone had checked into their villas and relaxed for a bit, the director checked his watch and asked an assistant, "What about the two new male guests? Why haven't they arrived yet?"
At that moment, Ariana walked by, overhearing their conversation, and asked with a mix of curiosity and surprise, “New guests? Two more men? Won't that throw off the balance?"
The director exhaled deeply and shook his head. “They were added last-minute. The sponsors insisted, and we had to comply."
"Oh, I see." Ariana nodded sympathetically at the director before moving on from the issue.
Whether there were a couple more guys didn't bother her much; she was just chilling here, doing her thing and not hunting for a boyfriend.
Back in her room, before the cameras were set up, she checked her phone for messages.
Just as expected, there was a message from Holden.
“Are you still working? Remember to eat well."
Ariana promptly responded, "Okay. You, too. Make sure to eat on time."
Holden responded with a heart emoji, bringing a smile to Ariana's face. After answering his message, she used the time while the crew set up to manage some work.
Her main task was arranging things for the artists she managed.
Tom was talented in music, so Ariana had been watching out for a popular music show opening for registration. She hurriedly contacted the organizer to sign Tom up.
The Chamberlain brothers had landed an advertising deal, but they were still pretty shy in front of the cameras. She figured she should set up some classes to help them look good and avoid any major mistakes during the shoot.
After swiftly handling these matters, Ariana didn't pause before opening her email. It was filled with resumes from people wanting to interview for an assistant position.
She swiftly sorted through them, picking out the best resumes, and then passed them along to Randell. She requested him to set up interviews and organize them neatly before passing them to the artists.
Randell replied promptly, reassuring her.
After a busy time, Ariana was about to set aside her phone when she received a text from Calvin.
"I'm heading in soon."
