Chapter: 1721
Looking up, Mitchel and Holden realized that the cameraman was on that boat.
The men on that boat continued their jeers and taunts, parading Ariana, unconscious and leaning on the cameraman's shoulder. They made no effort to conceal their actions.
With a glare of disdain, the cameraman flipped Holden and Mitchel off.
Then, he gunned the engine, swiftly putting distance between them.
"Go and get them!" Mitchel shouted as he grabbed a man in black.
Holden instantly leaped onto the nearby speed boat and gave chase.
Meanwhile, Mitchel engaged in a fierce brawl with the men in black on the boat.
Despite spending most of his time in the lab, Mitchel's physical training paid off, allowing him to easily overpower the two men in black.
After a rigorous fight, he knocked both men to the ground.
Panting, Mitchel seized them by the necks and hurled them toward the stern of the boat, rendering them unconscious. Worried about Holden and Ariana, he dashed to the operating console to pursue them.
As the boat started, Mitchel could only see the chasing boats in the distance.
Focused intently on that, he failed to notice one of the men in black at the stern stirring to consciousness.
The man in black watched Mitchel's back, his expression somber.
Silently, he pulled out a fruit knife from his pocket.
He rose quietly and moved towards Mitchel.
Mitchel was focused on chasing the boats ahead. Suddenly, he caught sight of the man's shadow. The moment Mitchel spun around, the man plunged the knife into Mitchel's shoulder.
Mitchel let out a groan of pain and immediately struck the man in black in the face.
However, due to the pain in his shoulder, his punch lacked its usual strength, and he couldn't move his injured arm. Blood flowed freely, staining his white shirt.
Despite the pain, Mitchel continued to fight against the man. Just then, the other man in black joined the fray.
Together, the two men in black overpowered Mitchel. Overcome by pain and the loss of blood, Mitchel's vision began to blur.
