Chapter: 1722
Seizing the opportunity, the two men quickly threw Mitchel into the sea.
Meanwhile, Holden continued to chase the boat in front of him.
Despite his pursuit, the men on the boat cursed at him, “What the hell? Can't shake you off, can I? But you won't catch us today!"
Holden's expression grew grim. He kept his gaze fixed on them, his determination unwavering.
He followed them all the way to a deserted island, where their speed boats both ran out of fuel.
As Holden approached, the men pulled weapons from their boat, cursing in frustration, "Damn it! Why do you care so much about this bitch?"
The moment they took out their weapons, they turned to see Holden charging at them with incredible speed.
Filled with rage, Holden lunged forward and landed a punch on one of the men, sending the man reeling back a few steps, his front teeth knocked out.
The two men fought back quickly, but Holden was burning with anger.
He used all his strength and moved surprisingly fast. The men's sticks seemed useless against Holden.
Holden let out all his anger in the fight.
He soon overpowered the two men. He grabbed a rope from the ship and stripped them to hang them in the scorching sun.
After dealing with the men, Holden hurried to check on Ariana.
Ariana was still unconscious. Holden carefully lifted her to check for injuries.
Fortunately, she wasn't badly hurt. She had a small cut on her finger with bits of glass stuck in it. It seemed she had gotten it while struggling before.
Seeing her injured finger made Holden angry again. He kicked the men twice to vent his anger, then left them in the sun.
Then, he checked the two boats. Both were out of oil. He had to send his location and wait for Shawn and the others to rescue them.
Holden took off his coat and spread it on a cool, flat surface.
Gently, he lifted Ariana and laid her down, waiting for her to wake up.
Ariana slowly regained consciousness. She couldn't see clearly but felt someone near her. She instinctively struggled.
