Chapter: 1827
Zayden didn't say anything else. He didn't seem interested in what was happening in the arena.
He had only come to watch the match to blow off some steam. But he found the scene boring. He was still plotting his revenge against Holden in his head.
The blond man noticed that Zayden didn't seem willing to talk further.
He fell silent, waiting for the match to start.
Soon, the match began. The blond man got excited, but Zayden remained uninterested.
As the blond man watched the bloody scene in the arena, he said to Zayden, “I heard Bennett got a new group of strong beast slaves."
When Zayden heard that, he reacted strongly. Uncrossing his legs, he asked, “Is Bennett here today?"
As soon as Zayden finished speaking, the door on the opposite side opened, and a group of people entered. Among them, the leader stood out, his appearance refined. With neatly combed hair, the leader exuded an air of sophistication. His sharp features were accentuated by a row of piercings adorning his ears. He wore narrow sunglasses, and his black attire, along with a half-turtleneck sweater, revealed a hint of a tattoo on his neck.
The man who entered was Bennett Olson, a renowned arms smuggling tycoon. Consequently, many sought to curry favor with him.
As Bennett entered, a crowd of people surrounded him, eager to flatter him.
The room were quickly filled with people competing for Bennett's attention.
For a moment, everyone was discussing Bennett and his recent developments, showering him with praise.
The man with blond hair beside Zayden spoke up. "Mr. Olson, a shipment of arms bound for Eleymond was intercepted. Eleymond has a lucrative market; it's a pity that the arms have never made it there."
Bennett smiled, casually smoking. "No need to rush. I'll conquer the Eleymond market eventually.”
Zayden turned to Bennett and said, “I have a way to get the arms through."
When he heard that, Bennett shot a quick look at Zayden and smirked.
"What makes you think you have the chops to talk business with me? I heard you gave up your stake in Mistlyn.”
Zayden clenched his jaw, glaring at Bennett before forcing a smile.
“I can defeat your muscleman with the beast I trained."
“Oh?" Bennett's eyebrows shot up. He was clearly intrigued.
