The revelation hit Holden and Adrian hard. They looked at each other, their brows furrowed in shock.

Adrian, feeling dizzy, shook his head, unable to grasp the shocking revelation. "No way! I thought Ariana is the Edwards family's daughter."

Both Adrian and Holden cast doubts on Moss’ claims, suspecting that he had been driven to madness by the trauma. Moss had protected Emilia's body for more than twenty years, and it was understandable that he had gone mad after the body had been destroyed.

Adrian, possibly feeling sympathy for Moss, who seemed lost in his delusions, attempted to bring him back to reality. "Look, you're still young and quite handsome. Moss' eyes seethed with anger as he lifted the bloodied chainsaw toward Adrian.

Adrian let out a sigh of exasperation. Conversing with Moss was akin to conversing with a solid wall!

Adrian's face turned ghostly pale, and he stumbled backward as Moss advanced.

Realizing that any further debate was pointless, Adrian swiftly conceded, raising his hands and quickly concurring with Moss in an effort to pacify him. Moss, after a moment, grunted and lowered his chainsaw.

"Why do you believe Ariana is the daughter of Emilia? You must be mistaken." Holden finally spoke up, his eyes narrowed, giving Moss a penetrating stare. “Ariana has her biological parents, and even though the Edwards family has lost their former glory, they were once significant figures in Eleymond."

Moss gave a creepy smirk.

“Then you should delve deeper into the Edwards family's history. I am confident in my belief," Moss said, his eyes shifting toward Ariana.
