Chapter: 588
She was waiting for someone. Although her deadpan expression didn't show any emotion, her frown betrayed her hidden anxiousness.

The company held a management meeting today. Since she had been demoted, she ‘was not qualified to attend the meeting.

About 15 minutes later, a tall man with slicked-back hair stormed into the office.

That was the man Donna was waiting for. He was the director of the publicity department, Ronald White.

The moment Ronald saw Donna sitting in his office, he immediately felt a headache, the like of which he hadn't had for along time.

Pulling a long face, Ronald threw the document in his hand on his desk and asked Donna impatiently, "What are you doing here?”

Donna had been Ronald's colleague for nearly ten years, so she knew his temperament. When she saw that he was unhappy, she quickly got up from the director's seat. With a smile, she said, "I came to ask how Cole's media exposure is going on."

Ronald's face changed instantly when he heard this. He lost his temper at once.

"You dare ask me about this? You clearly set me up! Your nephew is a total loser. He has cost us close to one million dollars in marketing expense, yet the public doesn't like him at all."

“Perhaps we should invest more money into it..." As she spoke, Donna wiped Ronald's spittle from her face and cursed him in her heart.

Damn it! She couldn't help but recall her days at the helm of the agent team. Back then, Ronald wouldn't dare to be so rude to her.

Sure enough, when someone lost his or her power, the person would be looked down upon by everyone.

Donna swore to herself that no matter how long it took, she would get revenge on Ronald. She'd make sure he apologized to her.

Ronald glared at Donna and snapped, "Isn't one million dollars enough? We didn't spend a penny on Tyler. With his sole good looks and talent, he has become so popular that we've been contacted by several companies who wanted to strike advertisement deals with Tyler."

“How could this be? Are you sure about that?" Donna asked in shock. She was even more furious after hearing this. That Francis was really a loser. He was unable to subdue a new actor like Tyler, and he even let Tyler shoot the drama without any problem. What the fuck!

"Damn it! Do you fucking doubt what I say? Because of you, I was blamed by the senior executives of the company. Do you know why they held the meeting today? It was to criticize me! Because of Cole, I lost all my bonus this year and I will be fired if I make any mistakes again." Ronald was completely beside himself and he even felt his head was buzzing. Donna was really a big trouble.

Hearing what he said, Donna was speechless. She didn't expect the situation to be so serious.

Ronald snorted and sat back in his office chair. He sighed and said coldly, "From now on, the whole publicity department will focus its resources on Tyler.”

Donna got anxious and asked nervously, "What about Cole?"

Lighting a cigarette, Ronald replied perfunctorily, "It would depend on how things ¢0."
