Chapter: 1191
“The court will likely support Bill because we have adopted children together? Really?" A frown appeared on Julie's forehead.

There was no way she would share a penny of her father's fortune with Bill.

It was not because Julie was stingy but because Bill had flirted with Patricia for many years behind her back. She couldn't tolerate a man who didn't have self-control.

"The court will rule in your favor if you can prove that Bill has made a serious mistake," said Bryce calmly.

“Otherwise, as long as Bill relies on Vivian and insists on fighting for his daughter's rights, there is a possibility of success."

Even Bryce felt bad about it. He came to curry favor with Maria and wanted to help her adoptive mother win the Lawsuit.

Nonetheless, the tradition of this country was to give significant value to human emotions, ethics, and morality.

Maria, who had been listening in silence, finally spoke. "Mom, don't worry about such a trifle."

“Mr. Cooper, I will give you a document later which you can use in court," Maria added.

It was a closed court hearing. Although Bill argued for the plaintiff, Vivian's statement was the most compelling.

She shared numerous photos of herself from her youth and recounted how the Jenkins family was once a big, happy family with tears in her eyes

Vivian continued referring back to her own childhood with her parents as evidence of how warm her home was.

Aside from talking about her experience as a daughter, she also shared something about her parents’ relationship.

“Dad and mom were together for 20 blissful years."

Finally, Vivian wiped tears as she reminisced her happy memories.

“She's such a good actress.”

Even as the defense attorney, Bryce even had the urge to applaud Vivian.

“If Maria hadn't provided that material, my ten-year undefeated record would have probably been overturned today.”

“Please present the photos.”

The presiding judge appeared to be impacted as well since he started looking more attentively at the photos in Vivian's hands that showed how happy her family was

“Thank you," Vivian said as she handed the photos to the bailiff. Bryce represented the defense in court. Yet he noticed the plaintiff's attorney was getting excited.

Well, it just made sense.

Because of Vivian's good acting, her lawyer felt confident about winning the case.

Although this Lawyer was also well known in Sheffield, he was no match for Bryce.
