No one came to bother Maria during that afternoon, not even after the Yeez Team had finished their visit.

Cheryl was the only woman on the squad, and she became a focal point. The crew members who also happened to be Wasteland gamers were green with jealousy when they saw Cheryl handing Vivian a ticket to the exhibition game event.

It was time for supper by the time Maria woke up.

She quickly washed before going to grab the food box. She ran across Vivian and some actresses by chance.

They were excitingly talking about the upcoming exhibition game.

“Wow, Vivian, you have it so easy compared to me! I'll have to settle with watching next week's exhibition game online. You're quite fortunate to have a ticket."

Sally felt intense envy. As she looked at the ticket in Vivian's hand, she felt a Lump in her throat.

“Hi, Miss Jenkins." Somebody saw Maria and said hello to her. Maria was also seen by Vivian. She seldom spoke to Maria on set, but she decided to start a conversation this time.

"Maria, next week there will be a Wasteland exhibition game. The Yeez Team is going up against hundreds of thousands of zombies!"

Maria frowned and gave Vivian a perplexed look. "So? Please pardon me. You're in my way and I can't get past you. I've come to get the food box.

With a grin on her face, Vivian did not move out of the way.

She held out the ticket and waved it in front of Maria.

“My cousin Cheryl just handed me this ticket. Would you want to attend the exhibition game live? How about I see if Cheryl has any extra tickets by calling her up? Perhaps you can get one from her."

“Never mind. Would you kindly move aside? It's time for me to eat." Maria maintained her blank Look.

Jenny, who stood behind Maria, wanted to speak but then refrained herself.

Maria's refusal was disregarded by Vivian. In fact, she had already pulled out her phone and made a video call to Cheryl.

“Vivian, what's going on?"

It didn't take Long until the call was received. In the video, Cheryl had a charming grin on her face. Everyone there who saw her beautiful face thought she would have a promising career ahead of her if she joined the showbiz.

Vivian smiled and gently said, “I'm sorry to trouble you, Cheryl. I was wondering if you have any extra tickets for the game. Apparently, Maria wants one."

She was doing it on purpose to embarrass Maria!
