Chapter: 397
"Is that right? I'm all ears," Boden nodded. Patricia nodded toward Vivian.
“Vivian is Polly, the original author of Song of Phoenix. When the company starts production of the movie, Vivian can act as the heroine and lead singer of the theme song."
Patricia paused for a moment before she continued in an excited tone, “I'm determined to make Vivian the greatest artist of her generation!"
Although Julie was aware of this, she had mixed feelings when she heard Patricia supported Vivian so intensely.
Patricia was willing to do too much for Vivian. Her promises were beyond what Julie could offer.
“What are you saying? Vivian isn't just an actress? She can also write?"
Boden wasn't expecting to hear those words. He looked taken aback. He looked Vivian with renewed interest. Vivian blushed but nodded slightly at him.
Her humble and low-key way of confirming her skills impressed Boden even more.
“Vivian is very versatile, but her morality makes her special. She was never a frivolous girl, even when she was younger."
Boden couldn't help but remember his grandfather's instructions before he left.
“We need to mend things between our family and your aunt. Show kindness to the Jenkins family as much as possible. I'm old and not bothered by what happened in the past anymore. Once your aunt returns to Broome and gives me a proper apology, then we should be fine."
Boden's real motivation wasn't to invest in a newly established film and television company to produce some new movies
Mathias had missed his daughter so much that he was willing to ignore family rules. ALL he wanted to do was to see Julie and her child.
“Aunt Julie, you did a great job raising Vivian. I'm willing to sponsor her work. We're excited to see it adapted into a movie," Boden announced in a Loud voice.
He wasn't worried about the mysterious writer Mia and her works anyway. Julie was rendered speechless by his words.
Vivian only started writing novels a few months ago.
She didn't have much experience in the industry yet.
The idea of her penname as Polly displeased her, but Julie didn't want to speak out against her.
Everything that was happening to her daughter wasn't through Julie's efforts.
Vivian's success didn't bring any joy and comfort to Julie either.
