Chapter: 427
Vivian couldn't help but scream in her heart, “I, Vivian, will be famous starting today!"

Since they still had time, they began analyzing when Vincent recognized that Vivian would become his disciple. Among them, Patricia's analysis seemed to be the most convincing.

“He must be a Loyal fan of her novel Song of Phoenix. Upon reading your novel, he felt your overflowing literary talent. That was the biggest factor that sealed his decision to make you his disciple."

Patricia smiled and looked at Vivian with so much appreciation, like a proud mother.

“With his powerful background and influence, it was only easy for him to find out the author behind that novel. Nowadays, all online novels are verified by the Online Author Association. Presumably, Master Vincent has found out your identity through a friend who's working in the association."

Vivian nodded, convinced that it might be the case.

“Actually, I've written about jades in the novel more than once. Maybe those plots also helped Master Vincent select me!"

Boden could just shake his head in disbelief. "Vivian, I have to admit that I have underestimated your abilities. You have won the admiration of such a great master like Vincent Geoffrey through your novel. I believe that even if he didn't decide to make you his disciple, you will be famous in the field of literary arts. I'm sure of that."

He continued, his tone more eager than before, “Vivian, how were you able to come up with such storylines? Can you at least share some insights with me?"

"Well..."

Vivian didn't expect that Boden would ask such a serious question.

She hemmed and hawed for a while, managing to squeeze out a very lackluster comment, “You should... You should read more books..."

“That's it?"

Boden was dumbfounded. Vivian's secret towards for great success was that simple?

By just reading more books, someone could start writing a good book?

But writing a sophisticated and free-flowing literature couldn't be that easy.

Boden tilted his head, thinking that Vivian must have not been good at expressing herself. He then nodded slowly without saying anything more, realizing that he shouldn't have her out on the spot. In the end, Boden just smiled apologetically at Vivian.

Seeing the awkward situation, Patricia immediately tried to save the day. "What Vivian meant was that you should accumulate your learnings. The more knowledge you have, the better you will be in writing."

Patricia's eloquence was obviously much better than Vivian's. Vivian was so grateful that she had someone to rely on at times like this.

On the other hand, Boden just smiled gently and stopped pursuing the topic.
