Chapter: 507
Julie was getting anxious. She knew that whatever she said to her husband at this point would just fall to deaf ears.
Therefore, she immediately took out her phone and called Maria. Fortunately, the call quickly went through. "Yes?" Maria cold voice soon echoed from the other Line.
“Maria, it's me." With an uneasy tone, Julie asked directly, "Where are you and Anthony? You remember that today's when we are supposed to go to Broome, right? Did you buy your own tickets?"
Vivian tried to hold back her laughter while she pricked up her ears and listened to the conversation.
She wanted to hear Maria‘s panicked voice. She thought that it would be perfect if she even cried bitterly because they were left out.
"No, we didn't buy any tickets."
Vivian's hunch was spot on.
Things proceeded as she and Bill planned. Maria and Anthony didn't really buy any tickets for the trip.
Unfortunately, there were only a few flights from Sheffield to Broome every day. Since Maria didn't buy in advance, they probably couldn't leave today.
In this case, Maria's visit to the Smith family would be delayed, which meant that Vivian would have more time to please and gain the favors of the elders of the Smith family. Vivian felt very triumphant.
“Then... How are you and Anthony going to Broome? I don't know if you can still buy your tickets for today's flight." Julie was so dejected. Partly, she was blaming herself for not anticipating this situation.
“We have already arrived at Broome. We rode the Wilson family's private plane," Maria said indifferently.
“Anthony also has a house here. We just got here and are now putting down our Luggage. I think we're just going to rest for a while and then go to the Smith family to see Grandpa Later."
In a villa in Broome.
After entering the house, Maria walked straight over to a door and pushed it open, revealing a bedroom just as she expected.
She set the suitcase down near the left wall of the bedroom and turned around, only to find that Anthony was leaning against the doorframe with his arms folded and looking at her with great interest.
Uh-oh.
Was he wondering how she was so familiar with this house? It was her first time coming here, but she had found the bedroom immediately.
In fact, the layout and architecture of this villa was one of the works that Maria had made a fortune on about two years ago.
How could she not be familiar with a villa that she herself had designed?
