Chapter: 605
“Heaven can be trusted entirely, as far as I know." Anthony gave his answer after some careful consideration.
Maria got the impression from his appearance that he didn't have to think too deeply to provide the correct response.
“Really? That's great, then." Julie let out a sigh of relief.
“I figured the Wilsons must be familiar with things like this, so I might as well consult you. Turns out I was right coming to you!”
“Yes, I know Heaven well,” Anthony acknowledged.
Maria was surprised.
She placed the drinks on the coffee table and unconsciously stroked her jeans pocket with her right hand.
There was a red mobile phone especially distributed by Heaven, in her pocket.
Julie was oblivious to Maria's actions. She eyed the three bottles on the coffee table.
With a frown, she said, "I hate herb tea. Do you have anything else at home? If not, a glass of water will do. Anyway, I'm not a fan of herb tea."
Julie wasn't fond of drinking herbal tea, which was not a big problem.
In southern areas of the country, herbal tea was historically a common beverage. Later, it became popular all over the country through proper marketing and promotion.
In both the south and the north, young people had a high Level of acceptability for herbal tea.
However, older northerners—those over forty or fifty-did not exhibit the same degree of acceptance as youngsters.
“Wait a minute."
Maria then make a pot of black tea.
The aroma wafted into the air when she poured water into the teapot. She put two lumps of sugar in Julie's cup and then filled her cup of freshly brewed tea.
Julie had a contented and hopeful expression on her face. She eagerly picked the cup up and took a sip.
Her face briefly lit up with a smile as she caught a whiff of the tea's scent. Then, all of a sudden, she felt uncertain.
There was actually more to worry about than just querying Anthony about the veracity of Heaven.
She nearly tossed and turned all night over this issue, and to make matters worse, she didn't even have a confidant to whom she could express her unwanted thoughts.
The last person Julie wanted her to know was Patricia, who she had known for over twenty years and who was supposed to be her best friend.
“Did you have a restless night? Looks like you have something on your mind."
Maria blurted out.
