Penney was so deep in her thoughts and focused on making plans that she almost forgot where she was.

Suddenly, Maria asked, “Tell me Jay, do you have some time to spare lately?"

"Yes, of course! Do you need something from me?" Jay was eager to do anything for Maria.

Maria pursed her lips, and the stood up. She walked around him while observing him carefully as if casting him in her mind.

Penney wasn't very happy with what she was doing though. Why was this Maria looking at Jay like that? She was Looking at him as though he was an animal in a zoo.

Maria's next words got Penney even angrier.

“There's a new movie coming on, and I think you are suitable for the supporting role.

What do you think? Do you want to try?"

“Wait... What? A supporting role?"

Penney had to ask, thinking that she must have misheard.

In the past recent years, Jay had become a brilliant and famous actor. No one in the entertainment circle dared offering him to play a supporting role.
