Chapter: 900
Did I mix something up?"
Felix asked with his usual calm. He was called here to assess, so he was going to give her his opinion.
“In the book I read, the heroine understands human nature perfectly Well and knows how to handle people. She is what we would call a woman of great wisdom,
She always has the situation in hand and can usually determine victory for her people ahead of time. She helps the wise prince take over the throne, leads the army to fight against any other country on that Land, and finally unifies the all parts of the country.
She acts as the hero's adviser when in fact, she is someone else with hidden talents. She is deeply involved in the circle of outlaws, and has established the most mysterious but powerful spy intelligence organization in the world."
Felix stayed silent for a while after saying that. Then he coughed lightly and said, "I haven't seen the whole book of yours. But can you tell you whether there are similar plots in your book as well? If so, do you believe it is just a coincidence?"
Blood drained from Vivian's face and she clenched her fists both in anger and fear.
Felix tilted his head slightly, waiting for Vivian's reply, but it seemed like she was frozen in place and couldn't say a word.
Seeing this, almost everyone in the crowd started murmuring among themselves, eventually drowning out Vivian and Felix's voices.
The only ones who could hear them clearly from beginning to end were those that were very close to them.
Just as she had feared, Felix was actually talking about "Female Military Counsellor."
She finally plucked up some courage, raised her head stubbornly and glared at Felix with hatred.
"I know why you're doing this. You're Mia's fan, are you not? You shouldn't comment on my work when you're obviously smitten with Mia's work."
Vivian had no choice but to resort to her last option. The only way Vivian could turn the situation around was accuse Felix of being a devoted fan of Mia and therefore being biased against her and her work.
If he admitted that he was indeed Mia's fan, then his remarks and assessment wouldn't be taken into consideration. It would be considered that he was indeed being biased.
ALL Vivian wanted right now was to save her reputation, and she was going to do everything she could to achieve her goal, even if it meant offending Felix. The Writers' Association might give her hard time for doing this after, but she had a much bigger problem at the moment.
Unfortunately, she didn't get the reaction she was hoping for from Felix. He wasn't annoyed in the least or fazed under Vivian's gaze.
He just shook his head and said, "I am not a fan of that kid, but simply the translator of all her works published overseas.”
“What do you think you're doing? You can't talk to Mr. Gomez like that!"
He was really scared at this point. He would have never imagined that his new disciple would disrespect a senior Like Felix so openly.
Vivian already had a place in the entertainment circle. She only came to the Star Search of the Writers' Association to increase her popularity.
Unlike her, Kash relied greatly on the Writers' Association to continue living comfortably and making a name for himself.
If only he had known, he would have never brought Vivian here.
He didn't care if she actually plagiarized someone's work or not at this point. She should have never offended Felix. He could already see himself losing his job all because of her.
