The actress stammered as she held her ankle, writhing in pain.

She wanted to say that she already wanted to give up the audition, but as a professional actress, she couldn't possibly do that. After all, it would damage her reputation.

“It seemed that you've sprained your ankle. I can give you emergency treatment, but you have to rest for at least ten minutes before you can walk again."

Maria suddenly stepped forward, squatted down, and whispered gently to her.

Hearing this, the actress was stunned. She Looked at Maria's gentle face with gratefulness. At this instant, the thought of giving up slowly dissipated from her mind.

“Alright. Next one please." The staff member quickly made the adjustment and rearranged the sequence.

“Thank you. My name is Claire Glyn," the actress said with a blissful smile.

“It's okay. My name's Maria Jenkins."

After introducing herself, Maria took off the shoe and sock on Claire's right foot and skillfully massaged her ankle.

“Yes, I know you. I've seen you in the two recent reality shows you participated in,"

Claire said, making her lovely little round face blush a little.

"In fact, I also added one of your fan club on Twitter with my alternative account..."

Admitting this, Claire's face turned redder.

Despite being an actress herself, she had her own idols and sometimes even like a crazy fan. Other people in the entertainment circle might think that she was weird or something.

But that was really her passion.

Apart from Maria, she was also following several Legendary singers and movie stars who had already won major awards.

“By the way, Maria, are you confident that you can defeat Sarah in this audition? She is way too good. I believe she has a great advantage over all of us." Claire didn't know how good Maria was, so she began to worry about herself.

“Sarah? Hmm... She's just so-so."

Maria didn't bother lowering her voice, and the people around her heard everything she said, including Sarah.

“What did you just say?" She stormed over to Maria and glared in outrage.

The others kept their mouths shut. They always cowered when Sarah blew her fuse.

But Maria remained calm, and countered Sarah's question with one of her own. "Your playing was a Little too hasty in the last three bars, and you've made five mistakes throughout the piece. That's fine, though, since you did say that you only have average talent. Do you see any problem with that?"

Sarah was stunned speechless. She was naturally aware of her own blunders during her performance.

Even so, “Ambush on ALl Sides" was a very difficult piece to play. It was next to impossible to even find another person in the entertainment business who could play the composition as well as she could.
