Felice was nominated as the next president of the Musicians' Association after he submitted the music score of Immortal Sound of the West Sea.

Now, Maria restored the score of Ambush on ALL Sides, a song that was as significant as the Immortal Sound of the West Sea.

Without a doubt, this would make the headline tomorrow. This was bad news for Sarah, however. Gripping the microphone so tightly that her knuckles turned white, she asked in a trembling voice, "Mr. Phillips, Maria didn't steal the score from you?"

“Of course not," Felice replied, albeit coldly, annoyed because his student sounded Like she was accusing Maria of theft.

“Maria is the student of one of my seniors, and I admire her a lot. She has a remarkable knack for accurately interpreting many ancient scores. Not only that, but she also helped me solve a lot of work-related problems," he added in a serious tone.

He sighed before continuing, “A few years ago, I had the chance to visit that senior master and had hoped that he would accept me as his student, but sadly, my wish was not granted. Because of that, I, unfortunately, missed the opportunity to have the same mentor as Maria."

Everyone in the music hall gaped at Felice as if he had grown another head.

Aside from the fact he and Maria almost had the same mentor, they could not believe that someone rejected him to be their student.

Seconds later, a quick-witted reporter managed to catch a crucial detail.

“Mr. Phillips, you mentioned that Maria helped you a lot with work-related issues before. Please tell us about some episodes when she assisted you."

“Of course," Felice agreed readily. It just dawned on him that a lot of people seemed to have a skewed perception of Maria.

And now that he knew, it was only right that he dispel those misconceptions.

"To tell you the truth, the score of Immortal Sound of the West Sea that I handed over to the Musician's Association was also restored with the help of Maria. Hold on. That's not quite right. More specifically, I was just her assistant when we did it."
