Chapter: 1957
Jennie, ears perked up and listening intently to their conversation, couldn't help but ask, “Didn't Sergio just get married? How come Marnie has a baby already?"

“Marnie was already expecting before they tied the knot. That's what happens when someone is pregnant before getting married," Sabrina took it upon herself to clarify.

Jennie mulled over this new information.

Tyrone felt compelled to chime in, "Remember, Jennie, that's not something you should aim for when you're older, alright?" His paternal instincts were showing.

Sabrina simply offered a smile.

Then, Jennie, looking puzzled, said, “But you and Sabrina aren't remarried yet, right?"

Tyrone was speechless momentarily. “It's not the same for us."

“But why is it different?"

Once more, Tyrone fumbled for words to reply.

Tyrone shifted the subject and glanced at Sabrina. “Jennie, aren't you happy you have a Little cousin? Maybe we can all go see him together soon."

Jennie agreed, though with a hint of hesitation, "Sure."

"Is something bothering you? Aren't you excited about your cousin?"

Curling up to Sabrina, Jennie looked up and confessed, "I'd rather have a baby brother from you, Sabrina."

"And what if it's a baby sister instead?"

"I'd be happy with a sister, too."

At the shopping center's hair salon, Jennie cooperated nicely, allowing the stylist to cut her a neat set of bangs.

The new bangs framed Jennie's face beautifully, highlighting her large, expressive eyes, her small, well-shaped nose, and her smooth skin, enhancing her cuteness.

Jennie's calm behavior at the hair salon stood out, particularly since many kids get restless in such settings. Her composure won her compliments from the hairstylist.

Post haircut, they ventured to KFC, where Jennie excitedly placed her order.

As they awaited their food, Sabrina stood up and suggested, "I need to use the restroom. Jennie, do you want to come with me?"
